Article Processing Charges

Note: Shipments made before January 1, 2027, will be exempt from APC charges.

In order to sustain this publishing model and to recognize the essential academic labor of editors and reviewers, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Upon editorial acceptance of a manuscript, authors are requested to pay an APC of USD 500 for the publication.

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the publisher a non-exclusive right to publish the article under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) open-access license, ensuring immediate and unrestricted access to the published content.

These funds contribute to compensating editorial and peer review work, maintaining the publishing infrastructure, and indexing.

Discounts and Waivers

The journal recognizes that financial barriers may limit the ability of some authors to publish their work. Therefore, APC discounts and waivers may be granted for manuscripts of exceptional scientific quality, particularly when authors can demonstrate:

  • Lack of institutional or project-based funding, and/or
  • Affiliation with institutions located in regions facing recognized economic constraints.

Authors who believe they may qualify for a waiver or discount are strongly encouraged to contact the editorial office prior to manuscript submission. As the journal’s financial capacity grows, it aims to expand the availability of APC waivers for eligible scholars on a regular basis.
