Aim and Scope

Aim:

NeuroData covers the areas of Neuroscience, Law, Ethics, Health Policy, and Information Systems.
Its aim is to analyze, from an interdisciplinary perspective, the ethical, legal, social, and technological challenges arising from the collection, processing, and application of brain data, promoting the protection of mental rights and the responsible governance of emerging neurotechnologies.

Scope:

The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, comparative studies, and critical essays exploring the intersection between neuroscience, technology, law, and society, but is not limited to:

•    Neurodata and cognitive privacy

•    Neurorights and comparative regulatory frameworks

•    Ethical and social dimensions of Brain–Computer Interfaces (BCI)
